Privacy Policy

Last updated October 10, 2026.

This policy covers the AriesGate Tech website at ariesgatetech.com. Each of our games and apps has its own privacy policy; for Depths of Ashmaw, see depthsofashmaw.com/privacy.html.

What we collect

• Launch list: if you join, we keep your email address and which updates you asked for, so we can tell you about launches.
• Contact form: if you send a message, we keep your name, email address, topic and message so we can reply.

We don't collect anything else. The site uses no analytics, tracking or advertising, and sets no cookies of its own.

How it's stored

Form submissions are received and stored by our web host, Netlify, and forwarded to us by email. Like any web host, Netlify may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to operate and secure the service. The page's fonts are served by Google Fonts.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and, if you joined the launch list, to send launch news. We never sell or share your information. Every launch email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
